By browsing, placing an order, or using any service on supixsoft.in, you ("customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases — both physical custom-printed products and digital products. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or placing any order.

Supixsoft offers two categories of products:

Physical products — Custom-printed merchandise including t-shirts, mugs, capes, hoodies, and similar items manufactured to your specifications upon order.

Digital products — Exclusive web applications, educational courses (including Next.js and other technology courses), downloadable files, and software access sold through our platform.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Supixsoft reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store your card or UPI credentials.

Since all physical merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, hoodies, capes, etc.) is made-to-order with your chosen design or customisation, each item is unique and produced specifically for you. Please review your design, size, colour, and quantity carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information submitted by you at checkout.

Physical products are dispatched within the estimated production time shown on the product page. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner. Supixsoft is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. A tracking number will be shared via email once your order is shipped.

Digital products: All sales of digital products — including web applications, educational courses, and downloadable files — are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once access has been granted or a download link has been issued.

Physical products: We accept returns or replacements only if the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs sent to supixsoftinc@gmail.com. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or minor colour variations due to screen display differences.

Upon purchasing a digital product, Supixsoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the product for its intended purpose. You may not redistribute, resell, share login credentials, record course content, copy source code, reverse-engineer, or sublicense any digital product without prior written consent from Supixsoft.

All content on supixsoft.in — including designs, logos, course material, software code, graphics, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Supixsoft. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of our content may result in legal action.

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You shall not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to defraud Supixsoft or other users, upload content that infringes third-party rights, or violate any applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supixsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim.

Your personal data collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at supixsoft.in/privacy. By placing an order, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described therein.

Supixsoft reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage customers to reach out to us first to resolve any disputes amicably.
