All purchases of digital products on supixsoft.in — including exclusive web applications, Next.js courses, and other educational content — are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted or a download link has been issued, no refund requests will be accepted or processed, regardless of the reason. We encourage you to carefully review the product description and features before completing your purchase.
Since all custom-printed merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, hoodies, capes, etc.) is made-to-order specifically for you, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order and before production has begun. Once your item has entered the printing or production stage, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. To request a cancellation within this window, please contact us immediately at supixsoftinc@gmail.com with your order number.
We accept replacement requests for physical products only if the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered (e.g. wrong design, wrong product). Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue sent to supixsoftinc@gmail.com. We do not accept return or replacement requests for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or colour selected by the customer, or minor colour variations due to screen display differences.
In the event of a failed transaction where your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, or in the case of an accidental duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days at supixsoftinc@gmail.com with your transaction details and screenshot. We will investigate and resolve such cases promptly. These are the only circumstances under which a payment reversal may be considered.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Supixsoft is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to digital products and blacklist accounts in such cases. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly before involving your bank or payment provider — most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
